Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)
The Charlotte AHEC has been designated as an approved sponsor by the North Carolina Constituent of the Academy of General Dentistry. This sponsor's formal CDE programs are accepted by the AGD for credits.
North Carolina Academy of Dental Hygiene
These courses have met the criteria of the Dental Hygiene Academy of Advanced Studies continuing education credits.
Dental Assisting National Board (DANB)
Application has been made for Dental Assisting National Board credit. "DANB Approval" indicates that a continuing education course appears to meet certain specifications as described in the DANB Recertification Guidelines. DANB does not, however, endorse or recommend any particular continuing education course and is not responsible for the quality of any course content.
North Carolina License Renewal for Dentists & Dental Hygienists
Clinical patient care courses offered at Charlotte AHEC are acceptable for North Carolina License Renewal.
