Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy

  • Participants that are registered for a class and cancel up to 48 hours prior to the program will receive a 70% refund
  • No refunds will be given for individuals who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the program
  • Participants who have not paid for a program and do not cancel will be billed for their registration
  • Substitutes are welcome (please notify us of substitutes prior to the program)
  • Cancellations MUST be in writing (fax, mail or email)
