Request a Preceptor
CORPCE works with university course directors and clinical coordinators to identify teaching sites and to coordinate clinical community based placements within the eight-county region of Charlotte AHEC. We attempt to match the requirements of the course and the interests of the students with the appropriate teaching sites.
Students are asked to use the Primary Care Rotation Form (PDF, 42KB) when requesting a preceptor, and to include a short biography listing.
